Renovation project of a summer apartment on the seafront, located in Andratx, southwest corner of the island of Mallorca, transformed into an authentic diaphanous and monochrome house that blends harmoniously with the Mediterranean essence and is inspired by the surrounding nature.

In collaboration with the interior design studio Yolanda Cubo, this remodeling has been a meticulous exercise that has elevated this coastal space to new standards of elegance and functionality.

Thanks to the materials chosen in this reform, it has achieved a style according to the environment. Being located on the beach, the style reflects the coastal environment thanks to light and neutral colors, natural materials such as wood and ceramics in large format. These materials fit perfectly in each room, facilitating the use of space to the maximum.

This renovation, in addition to being aesthetically impeccable, has been particularly functional and practical.
